PRODUCTION PROCESS :

1. CUTTING SECTION

This is the beginning of the wig making process . This section does the cutting and weighing of the hair.

 

2. DYE SECTION

The dye section is the hair/fiber coloring section.

 

3. SASAK SECTION

The duty is to mixing (mixing) of various types and colors of fiber obtained from the cut to obtain a fiber composition in accordance with the needs.

 

4. SANGCHIM SECTION

In this section the fibers are sewn according to the size of the hair, which is usually called mino. In the sangchim section, there are 3 processes, namely Sektong, Sew, and Cut Mino.

 

5. CURLING SECTION

This process is in charge of forming a curl on the fiber received from the sangchim. This process must be done correctly and thoroughly.

 

6. SKIN SECTION

The process of sewing fibers into the skin using a special skin sewing machine (not all items use skin).

 

7. CAP SECTION

Is the part that is in charge of making the base or scalp of the wig which will be used to attach the mino. This scalp is made by combining several materials according to request and then sewing it.

 

8. POSTING SECTION

Is the process of attaching the mino to the stamp by sewing.

 

9. KNITTING

The process of hantie fiber to the stamp according to the requested thickness. The knitting process is used to make the wig look more natural.

 

10. FINISHING

Whole wig cleaning process. Pack the Wig with packing material according to regulations.
